Affordable housing is a cornerstone of our work. We believe housing on Martha's Vineyard should be attainable for year-rounders and feel compelled to be part of the solution. We believe local wage-earners deserve homes as thoughtfully crafted as our other work—just smaller and simpler. To date, we have contributed 70 units.
Our portfolio emphasizes comfort, health, and dignity. These homes are energy-efficient, low-maintenance, and easy to live in—designed to remain affordable for the long haul. Beyond architecture and construction, we contribute deep expertise in siting, permitting, and donor engagement to each collaboration—helping turn these essential community preservation projects into reality.

A pocket neighborhood providing stable, long-term housing for local wage-earners. Two South Mountain families bought two-bedroom homes; Habitat for Humanity selected owners for the third, and a fourth slightly larger home is restricted to year-round occupancy.
