Affordable Housing Collaborations

Eight houses, completed in 2019, in partnership with Island Housing Trust and Cape Light Compact. The net-zero design achieved LEED platinum certification. Residents have enhanced the neighborhood with a communal playground, a vegetable garden, and a variety of landscape improvements.

RED ARROW ROAD

Designs for one, two, and three-bedroom houses, commissioned in 2010 by affordable housing advocate Madeline Blakely. We offer the plans for free to qualified homeowners and housing organizations. Inquire at info@southmountain.com.

M-Line

10 houses, completed in 2008, in partnership with Island Housing Trust. A year-round Edgartown neighborhood. Rooftop solar arrays combine with high-performance envelopes. A pedestrian-friendly environment and native landscaping enhance the feeling of community
