Michael grew up in Scotland and studied architecture at the Mackintosh School of Architecture in Glasgow. His career in thoughtful, place-based design has taken him from Richard Rogers’ practice in London to Parsons School of Design in New York and, thanks to his wife, an Island native, to Martha’s Vineyard. His portfolio includes residential development, affordable housing, and nonprofit projects. Outside of work, Michael enjoys sketching, spending time with family, and exploring the Island coastline.
